  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside generally at my Parsonage House, but for a few years past I have been perswaded by the advice of Friends to remove to S. Molton in the depth of winter my constitution being delicate and the air here extremely cold & piercing. My want of health at present obliges me to keep a Curate duly licens'd. Salary £35 a year & Surplice Fees.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No where.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on ye Lords day with a Sermon in ye morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper for ye year past hath been administerd but twice. But if it shall please your Lordship to admit me into Priests orders on Trinity Sunday, I purpose to administer it at least four times in ye year. The Number of communicants when I assisted was between twenty & thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter & Witsuntide.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes.

  9. Number of families: About three Hundred.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a Benefaction of ten pounds per annum for ye Educating of ten Boys & Girls left by Mrs Pinkham.

  13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: Institution dated Decembr 26th 1747. Priest's orders dated Decr. 21st 1740.
