  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Vicarage House. We have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have the Small Benefice of Yarnscombe about eight miles south East of Barnstable value £46 per annum. Besides this small Living value £40 per annum.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at the Parish Church of Marwood.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd but once on the Lords day in my Church with a Sermon, because the Parish is so very Small that having a family (a wife & three children) I am oblig'd to serve another Cure for a maintenance.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Lords Supper is administered four times in a year. We have about eight Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Children & Youth in the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: Our Church & Chancel with all things for divine Service are in decent repair.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier according to the tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: We have fifteen families in the Parish.

  10. Chapels: We have no Chapel in the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no reputed Papists, nor dissenting meeting House in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have one small day-School in the Parish for little Children, no Alms-House, Hospital &c no Library.

  13. Charity: We have the Sum of eight Pounds Given for the Benefit of such Poor as do not receive parish-pay, The Interest of which is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution bears date March 20 1770.
