  1. Population and dissenters: Thirty Families & no Dissenters.

  2. Public or charity schools: No Publick or Charity School.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms-house or other Charitable Endowment.

  4. Residence upon cure: This Church is reckon’d a Daughter Church to North-Molton where I am oblig’d to reside & to serve this Church one Part of Every Sunday in three Weeks.

  5. Curate: No Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service as [sic] no Church besides this & North Molton.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d in this Church, but once in three weeks; because North Molton is too large a Cure to suffer me to be absent oftener.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four Times every year viz: at Xmas, Easter, Whitsunday & Michaelmas.

  9. Number of communicants: Twenty Communicants Ten usually receive. Fifteen attended last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: Children are usually Catechiz’d here in the Summer Time: but the Parishioners are something negligent in sending their Children; however I trust They will be more diligent for the future.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No chapels.
