  1. Population and dissenters: There <are> eighteen Families in ye Parish of Thelbridge one Family of Dissenters of ye Presbyterian Persuasion, no meeting house there.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick School in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is <no> Alms-house or other Charitable Endowment there.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside in my Parsonage House.

  5. Curate: I have no Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: Besides my own Church, I perform Divine Service at West Worlington by Virtue of a Licence from your Lordship’s two Predeccessors, and humbly request ye Continuance of the Favour from your Lordship.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed at my Church one part of ye Day on Sundays, and ye other part of ye Day at West Worlington aforesaid and on ye other Solemn Festivals and Fasts of ye Church.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of ye Lord’s Supper is administred in my Church five times in ye year.

  9. Number of communicants: There are about thirty Communicants in my Parish, about twenty usually receive, and about twenty five communicated at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised in my Church in ye Summer-Season, beginning soon after Whitsontide, & continuing till all ye Parish is gone through.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel in my Parish.
