  1. Population and dissenters: There are on ye best information I can get, one hundred eighty & eight familys in our Parish or thereabouts. There are no Dissenters nor meeting house in ye Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no charity school in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is a Church house in our parish who have a monthly relief {in} from ye parish & Rachel Countess of Bath left some lands in ye said parish called Collibear, vested in ye hands of five Faithfees, ye Minister for ye time being always one, for ye better provision of ye poor.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside on my Cure, & in ye parsonage house.

  5. Curate: I have no resident Curate, but supply ye parish myself.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine service at my own Church.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine service is performed in my Church every Lords day in ye forenoon & afternoon with a sermon in ye morning, & upon all Festivals.

  8. Frequency of communion: The holy Sacrament of ye Lord’s supper is administred in our Church ye first Sunday in every month besides ye three great Festivals of Easter, Whitsunday, & Xtmas, at which times there are two Sacraments following, & ye monthly Sacrament omitted when ye great Festivals happen to fall within ye same month.

  9. Number of communicants: The number of Communicants in my Parish is very uncertain in ye general, but in particular there were sixty five last Easter day, & ye Sunday following.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children are generaly catechized from Lady day to Michaelmas.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is a Chapel belonging to my Parsonage house, which I read ye common prayer in for ye use of my family, & there were formerly two Chapels of ease belonging to our parish, called St John’s chapel, & Chapel town, but long since in ruins, & converted to dwelling houses.
