  1. Population and dissenters: There are in the Parish of Morthoe thirty four Families. There are no Dissenters of any Sort or Denominaiton in the parish, except two Persons that are Roman Catholicks: there is no Meeting-House of any sort, nor any Teacher of a Meeting in the Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick nor Charity School in the Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms-house, Hospital or any Charitable Endowment in the Parish: nor any Lands or Tenements left for the Repair of the Church or any other pious Uses.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside because the Vicaridge House is Dilapidated the greatest part of which must be Rebuilt and it is <now> under Arbitration And am within 9 miles of the Parish where no Duty is Omitted.

  5. Curate: I Serve it my Self.

  6. Divine service at other churches: At no other Church, unless to assist a Brother in Sickness &c.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d according to the Rubrick of the Church upon every Fast & Festival Days & those Solemn Days which are appointed by Authority; with prayers in the Forenoon & Afternoon on ye Lord’s-Day & a Sermon in the Morning.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper is Administred four times in the Year viz. at Michaelmass, Christmas, Easter & Whitsunday.

  9. Number of communicants: There are about twenty Communicants in the Parish 13 or 14 of whome usually receive there were 16 receiv’d last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children are Catechiz’d every Sunday & Holyday all the Summer, & on the Lords Day after the Second Lesson at Evening Prayer & the Parishoners constantly send their Children to be instructed.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel within the Parish.
