1. Population and dissenters: There are about 50 Families in my Parish, not any Dissenters, nor any Meeting-Houses.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School, endowed or maintain’d otherwise in my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There are a few Almshouses in my Parish, but no Lands for ye Repair of ye Church, or other pious use. I know of no Abuse in ye Management of ye said Almshouses.

4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Vicarage House.

5. Curate: I have no Curate.

6. Divine service at other churches: I have of late preach’d ev’ry other Sunday one Part of ye Day at Littleham, an adjoining Parish ye Minister of that Parish being disabl’d in ye Gout.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d twice every Lord’s-Day in my Church with a Sermon both in ye Morning & in ye Afternoon, unless when I am Littleham when Divine Service is perform’d only once in my Church.

8. Frequency of communion: Six Times in ye Year.

9. Number of communicants: The Number of Those who usually receive ye Sacrament in my Parish is between 30 & 40. At Easter last to ye best of my Remembrance there were more than 30.

10. Catechising of children: The Children of my Parish are catechis’d in ye Summer.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel within my Parish.
