1. Population and dissenters: Not one Dissenter nor meeting house. There is in my Parish twenty six families.

2. Public or charity schools: No publick nor Charity School.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms-house, nor Hospital, but there is five pounds in the hands of the Parishioners, the Interest of which is distributed on Easter monday every year amongst the poor day-labourers by the hands of the Minister & Church=wardens.

4. Residence upon cure: I reside in the Parsonage house of Paracomb: but am constantly here every Lord’s day & other days set a part for Divine service.

5. Curate: No.

6. Divine service at other churches: No.

7. Frequency of divine service: All Lord’s days, & other Days set a part for Divine service. Once every Lord’s, & every other Lord’s day with a sermon in ye morning, to every other Lord’s-day at ye Parish of Paracomb by Course & turns.

8. Frequency of communion: Five times.

9. Number of communicants: Sixty six most of them receive yearly. In particular at Easter last between forty & fifty.

10. Catechising of children: In ye Summer season as ye Parishioners send their children.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel.
