  1. Population and dissenters: I have forty six families within my Parish. I have on dissenters, no meetinghouse, nor teacher in any meeting house in my Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: I have a charity School in my Parish, endowed with five pounds a year: there are twenty Children taught in it. Due care is taken to instruct them in the Principles of the Christian religion, according to the doctrine of the Church of England, and to bring them duly to Church.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There <is> none in my Parish, nor any lands nor tenements have been <left> for the repaire of my Church nor other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do personally reside upon my cure, in my Parsonage house.

  5. Curate: No.

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: On Sundays and holy days. Twice every Lords day, with a sermon in the morning.

  8. Frequency of communion: Five times in ye year.

  9. Number of communicants: One hundred. fourscore and ten communicated at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: On Sundays.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: I have none within my Parish.
