1. Population and dissenters: Eighty Families. No Dissenters of any Sort or Denomination whatsoever in the Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: No Charity School in the Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms-house nor Hospital; No Abuse nor Fraud committed in the Management of any Lands or Tenements left for the Repair of the Church pious use or charitable Endowment.

4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure and in the Parsonage House.

5. Curate: No.

6. Divine service at other churches: No.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d in my Church twice every Lords Day with a Sermon in the Morning and Afternoon both for three Quarters of the year. Divine Service likewise twice every Lords Day for the other Quarter with a Sermon in the Morning. I observe Holy-Days and preach on the Days of Humiliation & Thanks giving, reading the Prayers for those Days.

8. Frequency of communion: Five times.

9. Number of communicants: Eighty or thereabouts communicated at Easter last past.

10. Catechising of children: I catechize on Sundays between Easter and Whitsunday.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel at all within the Parish.
