Public or charity schools:
We have no publick or Charity School=but great care is privately taken in teaching children the principles of Christian Religion according to the Doctrine of the Church of England.
Frequency of divine service:
Divine Service is regularly performed twice-every Sunday with a Sermon each time; on other Days the Parishioners are not used to give their attendance & I find but thin Congregations.
Number of communicants:
We have about one hundred persons of age to receive the Sacrament: of which usually upwards of Forty receive, and there were about five & forty communicants at Easter.
Catechising of children:
In the Summer Season not only children but grown persons are carefully catechizd for six weeks or more; & we have full audiences at Such Exercises.
