  1. Population and dissenters: The number of Families in this Parish is 24. Here are no Dissenters of any Denomination; nor any licenced or other Meeting house of Dissenters.

  2. Public or charity schools: Here is no publick or Charity=School endowed or otherwise maintaind in this Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: Here is no alms-house, hospital, or other charitable Endowment. Nor any Lands or Tenements left for the repair of the Church, or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside personally upon this my cure, which hath no Parsonage House but at Dolton, my Rectory. This Church is an Impropriation belonging to Lady Northcote of Upton-Pynes who pays £20 per annum for the Supply of the Cure.

  5. Curate: Here is no residing Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at this Church & Dolton.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd but once here on the Lords Day, & that in the afternoon; except only when the Sacrament is administerd, & then here is the Service in the Morning with a Sermon.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administerd here at the 4 usual Festivals of Christmass, Easter, Whitsunday & Michaelmas.

  9. Number of communicants: Here are about 30 Communicants in this Parish: and 20 of them usually receive. – which number was not exceeded the last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: Every other year I catechize the Children of this Parish, & expound upon it. I generally begin soon after Trinity Sunday, & am now upon it.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: Here are no Chapels within this Parish.
