  1. Population and dissenters: My Lord,
    I have in my Parish eight Families of these, two of the most principal masters are Presbyterians, and were so before I came amongst them; The others are poor Small Families. There is, I bless God, no meeting House of Dissenters in the Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: The Inhabitants of my Parish being So few, I am so unfortunate as to have no Publick or Charity School in it. I endeavour to the best of my power & ability, to instruct those yt are under my care in the Principles of the Christian Religion, according to ye Doctrine of ye Church of England, and exhort them duly to keep their Church.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms house, Hospital, or any Charitable Endowment in my Parish; nor are there to my knowledge any Lands, or Tenements left for the repair of the Church, or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Parsonage House.

  5. Curate: I have no Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: By Your Lordship's kind indulgence, I do also perform Divine Service at Spreyton, being Vicar thereof. It is a Small Parish, and of little value.

  7. Frequency of divine service: According to the custom of my Predecessor, I do perform Divine Service once on every other Sunday in my Church of Clanaborough <together with a Sermon> I also read Prayers on Holydays, if a Congregation attends, but they are so far from attending on those Days, yt even Sometimes on Sundays there are not above Six or Seven Persons of the Parish besides those of my own Family.

  8. Frequency of communion: I administer the Holy Sacrament of the Lord's Supper four times a Year in my Church; Sc: at Easter, Whitsuntide, Michaelmas, and Christmas.

  9. Number of communicants: I have about Six Communicants in my Parish. There were four that Communicated at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: I generally begin to Catechise the Children of my Parish about the Six Sunday after Trinity, and expound on the Church Catechism; They are never Sent unto me above two Sundays, tho I continue to call them for Several.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: I have no Chapel within my Parish.
