1. Population and dissenters: My Lord, I have Thirty Families, and not One Dissenter, in my Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: Have no Publick School.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: Have no Alms-house &c only £25 left for charitable Uses, by one – Partridge; the Ent'rest whereof, is usually distributed at Easter, by ye Minister, Church-wardens, and Overseers, to ye Poor of the Parish.

4. Residence upon cure: I Reside personally on my Cure, and in my Parsonage-house.

5. Curate: Have no Curate.

6. Divine service at other churches: No.

7. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service, every Lords-day, twice; and preach in the Fore-noon.

8. Frequency of communion: Five times.

9. Number of communicants: Sixty three Communicants; 16 or thereabouts usually receive; and 26 received at Easter last past.

10. Catechising of children: I commonly begin to Catechize, about Easter, and continue on so long as my Parishioners are disposed to send their Children.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: Have no Chapel, nor was there ever any (I presume) within my Parish.
