  1. Population and dissenters: Seventy seven families.
    One Presbyterian family inclusive.
    No meeting house of Dissenters.

  2. Public or charity schools: No publick or Charity School in the Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: Several Alms houses; under the direction of Lay Trustees.
    Several Tenements appropriated to the Bleu coat Hospital in Plymouth; under the direction of Lay Trustees.
    A Tenement appropriated to the Preaching minister of Brixton for the time being for use under the direction of Lay Trustees: I know no abuses committed in the management of them.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside in Plymouth having no Parsonage house, & not a competent salary, (it being but twenty pounds certin per annum) to support me.

  5. Curate: No residing Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: On Sundays & Holy days, both Fasts & Festivals & State days.

  8. Frequency of communion: Eight times.

  9. Number of communicants: Seventy Communicants: the major part constant communicants: the number at Easter last about forty.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children are Catechised every Lord's day, betwixt Easter & Whitsunday: The parishioners send their children & servants to be instructed in their Catechism.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel in the Parish nor ruins there.
