1. Population and dissenters: But Six Famalies, one of which consists of Prebyterian-Dissenters: No Meeting-House.

2. Public or charity schools: No Publick, or Charity School.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms House, Hospital or charitable Endowment in any Sort.

4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside upon this Cure, but upon my other of Witheridge, by your Lordship's Permission.

5. Curate: I have no residing Curate; But one That lives not above Two or Three miles from this Parish Church: his name Edward Pine: Duly qualify'd according to the Canons: I allow Him Twelve Pounds a year, the Rectory being a very Small one.

6. Divine service at other churches: At my Church of Witheridge where I reside.

7. Frequency of divine service: On the Lord's Day, but not every Lord's Day with a Sermon yet as often as ever Service was perform'd here, & So well that, when your Lordship lately gave me Institution to Witheridge, you was fully Satisfy'd with It; some of the Reasons were & are that the Parish is exceedingly Small, & that several Churches <are> very near It.

8. Frequency of communion: Thrice in the year.

9. Number of communicants: Seven Communicants: All of them usually receive.

10. Catechising of children: The Children are catechiz'd in the Summer Half year.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel.
