  1. Population and dissenters: About one Hundred and thirty families. Of which twelve are Presbiterians – Anabaptists three. One meeting=House of Presbiterians, no Constant Teacher.

  2. Public or charity schools: None.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: None.

  4. Residence upon cure: I Doe reside on my vicarage of Luppit, and in the vicarage House.

  5. Curate: No Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: Only at Luppit & Dunkeswell constantly.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Every Lord’s-Day with a sermon in the morning and other occasionall days. I goe in the afternoon to Dunkeswell unless when I am Catechizing ye Children, then I exchange.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four times.

  9. Number of communicants: About thirty – about twenty at Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: Every year after Whitesunday I have <for forty years last past> & am now Catechizing the Children of Luppit, and the Parishioners have constantly sent their Children and servants to be instructed from one end of my Parish to the other.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: None.
