  1. Population and dissenters: We have in our Parish three families yt are farmers & Six yt are common work=men. All of ym belong to & come pretty duly to church. Have no such thing as a dissenting meeting house of any a sort.

  2. Public or charity schools: There’s no publick or charity school either endowed or otherwise maintained within our parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have not within our Parish any Alms-house Hospital or other charitable endowment: Have no lands or tenements for repairing of our Church. Have only fourty Shillings which goeth by ye name of Stock money. One twenty Shillings of it is accding to ye poor Book in ye hands of a family of one Henry Streatt some time agoe dead; & ye other twenty shillings in ye hand of one Richd Newcombe our present Overseer of ye poor.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally upon my Cure & in my parsonage house.

Divine service at other churches: As a Neighbour to Mr Rolle minister of Monk=Okehampton I peform Service in his church on such Sundays as he happens to be at Oxford; & on every Such Sunday in my own Church to. And on <all> such Sundays as I am not at Monk=Okehampton, I preach a Sermon in ye morning & read prayers in ye after=noon in my Church.

  7. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service in my church on Sundays holy days, fasting days: preach a Sermon on every Sunday either in ye morning or afternoon.

  8. Frequency of communion: I administer ye Sacrament of ye Lord’s Supper in my Church four times in ye year viz. at Xtmas, Easter, Whitsuntide & on ye next Sunday to every twenty ninth Septr.

  9. Number of communicants: Have in my Parish about twenty communicants. Near about a dozen or fourteen usually receive. About seventeen Easter last past did receive.

  10. Catechising of children: I catechize ye children in my church Sundays in ye afternoon immediately after ye 2d lesson. The few children yt be are sent orderly enough.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: Have no chapels within our parish: nor any a one in ruines.
