1. Population and dissenters: Nine, there are no Dissenters of any sort or Denomination in ye Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms-house nor Hospital.

4. Residence upon cure: I do not, but reside on my Cure of Clawton.

5. Curate: I serve it my-self holding it by Sequestration, my name is Wm Webber, I am qualified according to ye Canons in that behalf I don’t make above twelve or fourteen pounds a year <of it> the estates being valued twice as much as they are worth & a poor Parish.

6. Divine service at other churches: Yes, att Halwell, having a large family, my two small cures are not sufficient to maintain them, without some other help.

7. Frequency of divine service: Once a Lord’s day, three Sundays in a Month, before I had the sequestration, it was served but once every other Sunday being a very small Parish.

8. Frequency of communion: Three times a year.

9. Number of communicants: About six, three or four, only three last Easter.

10. Catechising of children: There are no Children in ye Parish to be Catechised.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Chapel in ye Parish.
