  1. Population and dissenters: The Number of Families in my Parish are about thirty. No Dissenters of any sort or Denomination.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School, endowed or otherwise maintain’d, in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is not in my Parish any Alms-house, &c. Neither are there any lands or Tenements left for the repair of ye Church, or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do reside in my Parsonage House.

  5. Curate: I have not.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I do perform Divine Service once a Sunday at Beaworthy an adjoyning Parish for which I had his late Lordship’s verbal licence, & ye consent of both Parishes.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d, with a Sermon, once every Sunday at least, & sometimes twice.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four times in ye Year.

  9. Number of communicants: About forty, about fifteen usually receive, & at Easter last, I believe, about twenty did communicate.

  10. Catechising of children: I have no particular times for catechising children, but am ready to do it whenever the Parishioners send ‘em.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There are none.
