  1. Population and dissenters: Sixteen Families, of which Two are Dissenters. Vizt. One Presbyterian and one Anabaptist. There is no licenced Meeting House within my Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is none.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: None.

  4. Residence upon cure: I dont personally reside, but <I’m> at Topsham for ye present for ye benefit of ye air and preservation of my Health. But ye Cure is duly and regularly served without fail to ye detriment of ye Cure of Souls.

  5. Curate: No.

  6. Divine service at other churches: Yes, sometimes at Huxham & sometimes at Stoke-Canon, by way of Exchange, but very seldom.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lord’s Day with a Sermon in ye Morning and Afternoon.

  8. Frequency of communion: Thrice.

  9. Number of communicants: Fifteen, of which Twelve or Thirteen usually receive in particular Twelve received last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: In ye Summer season immediatly after ye 2d Lesson appointed for ye Evening Service ‘till ye Children and Servts are promptly able to answer all ye Preliminary Questions.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No.
