1. Population and dissenters: Forty six families, no Dissenters, no meeting house. And about 12 families in a Hamlet called Moor Quarter 4 miles from our parish church lying on the Borders of Aishwater parish & divided from our parish by the parish of Lyfton.

2. Public or charity schools: No publick or Charity School in our Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms house Hospital or other charitable endowment nor any lands or tenements for or towards repairing the Church.

4. Residence upon cure: I reside upon the cure.

5. Curate: I have twenty three pounds per annum for serving this parish & Germans week which is one Cure.

6. Divine service at other churches: I do.

7. Frequency of divine service: Once Every Lords day.

8. Frequency of communion: Five times in a year.

9. Number of communicants: Between thirty & forty.

10. Catechising of children: Every Lent & sometimes about Michaelmas.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: None now nor I never heard of any.
