Oaths sworn at The George, Kingsbridge, 4 November 1723 before Courtenay Croker; William Ilbert, William Cholwich and John Fowell esqs

In addition to the text of the three oaths, the following declaration against transubstantiation is entered for this session:

I A.B: Do Declare That I do Believe That there is not any Transubstantiation in the Sacrament of the Lords Supper in in the Elements of Bread and Wine at or after the Conecration thereof by any person or persons whatsoever (& at the Same tyme produced & filed Certificates of their Severall Receiving the Sacrament of the Lords Supper according to the usage of the Church of England).
